Atlus and SEGA fans, prepare to have games rain down upon you in a consistent fashion.
Today both Atlus and SEGA of America (same company) have announced that from now own Deep Silver will take control of publishing most of their games in Europe and here in Australia as well. For years we’ve had a mix different distributors and publishers bring us Atlus’ games to our region, now we have just one company to point to.
Take a seat real quick, Europe; we need to talk. I know we haven’t always gotten along together, but that’s the past. And the past is the past. We’re looking toward the future. And it’s a bright one, because Atlus U.S.A. and SEGA of America are partnering with Deep Silver to release multiple upcoming titles in Europe.
Atlus’ Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse and Sega’s 7th Dragon III Code: VFD are the first two games coming to the Nintendo 3DS under the new agreement. Isn’t that nice.
The big game of the deal is Persona 5, but that’s only coming to PlayStation systems.
Introductory pricing from now until the end of January.
Magnets, always with the magnets.
