The yet-to-be-released version of Dead Space for the Wii is most likely to have no downloadable content whatsoever.

Unlike the original Dead Space, the upcoming Wii version will not feature any downloadable content, despite new capabilities of the Wiis system menu 4.0 such as high capacity SD cards. The original Dead Space contained DLC such as extra weapons, extra suits and skins.

Although DLC will not be available for the game, the developers still intend to keep the game as true to its predecessor as possible and not be a substandard version of the original Dead Space- which first on the PC, the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
