You’ve been waiting a while for this one, Xenoblade Chronicles X is out in just a matter of days and Nintendo’s going to give you a bit of the game early.
You of course can’t play it, but it will speed up the loading times. Xenoblade Chronicles X has ‘Data Packs’ which will install a portion of the game to your external drive significantly speeding up the loading of the game.
Xenoblade Chronicles X is a massive game and takes an age to load at times, with these packs you can breeze somewhat through these. To be clear this isn’t a preload for the digital version of the game, you’ll have to download all 19GB of that on launch day.
We’ll find out from Nintendo Australia if can expect the packs here. Either way November 30th at 10:00 CET time is when they’ll be available.
Xenoblade Chronicles X is out on December 5th.
