Nintendo 3DS version adds online play to the Sega Saturn classic
Among the myriad titles announced at today’s conference was yet another port of Culdcept, which is only a little bit behind Tetris in the breadth of systems it has been ported to over the years. The original title for the Sega Saturn is sometimes described as Monopoly meets Magic the Gathering and is a considered a cult classic in some circles.
While it has been translated into English only one of its three rereleases has actually made it overseas, although it was the most recent release, so hopefully we’ll see this 3DS port outside Japan. Online multiplayer certainly seems like one hell of a draw.
