Still weird.
Earlier this year at E3, Activision announced that PlayStation owners would be getting a special Crash Bandicoot Starter Pack for Skylanders Imaginators. While Crash would have always worked on other non-PlayStation versions of the game if you wanted, we weren’t sure if you could get him without the starter pack.
At Gamescom, Activison has now confirmed that after a certain amount of time – later this year – you’ll be able to pick up Crash Bandicoot and Dr. Neo Cortex in the Thumpin’ Wumpa Islands Adventure Pack. This will allow Wii U and Xbox owners to get in on the Crash Bandicoot action at a much cheaper price point.
The Thumpin’ Wumpa Islands are all modelled off the Crash Bandicoot games and feature boulder chases, TNT boxes, crabs and of course temple ruins.
While Skylanders Imaginators is out October 13th, there’s been no date set for this seperate pack. We’ll let you know when it has a date.
It's Black, Back Again.
If these aren't the coolest graphics...
