Augmented for the Wii U, leaked retailer listing reveals worst kept secret.
Global retailer Amazon has tonight let slip the existence of the long rumoured Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut.
We believe this Director’s Cut is the Square Enix published title that Australian developer Straight Right has been working on, but we have yet to confirm. The title was likely to be the game planned to be revealed at PAX East this weekend in America.
The only information that the listing provides is the typical marketing bullet points, but it does reveal that the game will use the GamePad as a “Neural Hub” to manage and install protagonist Adam Jensen’s inventory and augmentations, respectively. The information also claims that “a multitude of improvements, features and additional content” will be included, though it’s unclear if this is in reference to GamePad support or something more.
We will, of course, have more on the game as it’s revealed officially. For now, bask in the radiance of the box art attached to the listing.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut is dated for May 7th in the United States, according to the listing, and will be a full price title. When we can confirm local launch details, we will be sure to post an update.
So, with the game being out for so long, are you planning on picking this one up? What would you like to see added to the Director’s Cut? Let us know in the comments.
