Codemasters confirm Formula 1 2009 for Wii

In a new interview, Codemasters has confirmed that their newly acquired licence of the Formula 1 series will be heading to the Wii as well as the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. While the versions of latter consoles will be built off the base of GRiD and Codemasters EGO Engine, the Wii version in which is probably incapable of running such an engine, will be developed in parallel with the 360 and Playstation 3 but done offshore.
