Club Nintendo goes live in America, Australia weeps
Not the news you were hoping for readers, but Nintendo of America has stumbled its Club Nintendo out of the gate (we say stumbled because the site and registration still has a few issues). The top item in the store at the moment is the Game and Watch Collection which has previously adorned the Japanese store. Other items include playing cards, Hanafuda cards, stylish themed stylus and game card sets, Nintendo DS game racks, Wii Remote holders and DS Lite cases. More inside Prices range from a few hundred coins to close to a thousand coins. The most expensive item being the Game and Watch Collection at 800 coins (the equivalent of about $500 US dollars). Now wed make some crack about our Club Nintendo store, and how its not out and how Nintendo America announced their version after Nintendo Australia and yet theres is up and not ours but that would be childish of us. Chin up; at least the items might be as cool as Nintendo Americas.
