20 years ago in Japan one of the most critically acclaimed game series was launched. In 1986 the very first of the Castlevania games launched for the Famicon and in order the celebrate to anniversary Konami has decided to launch a special edition collectors edition of their next Castlevania game, Castlevania Portrait of Ruin for Nintendo DS.
Read inside for full details on what is in the Set!

In this Box set you will receive the Castlevania Portrait of Ruin, a CD compiling the very best songs to have featured in the games over the years, a 48 page art book, a game card case, a story time line and a Special Castlevania DS Lite stylus.

Castlevania is currently slated in for a Dec 5th launch in the US and a 2007 launch in Australia, no word if the pre order bonus will make it to Australia though.

Daniel Worthington

A diehard Nintendo fan since I got my first Game Boy back on Christmas 1992 and haven't looked back since. Got SNES with Super Mario Allstars for Christmas 1993. Favorite games of all time include such amazing titles as Secret of Mana, Kirby Canvas Curse, Chrono Trigger, Zelda Majoras Mask and of course Super Mario Galaxy. I'm a huge retro game fan and own way too many random Game Boy carts to count or name. I host the Vookcast around here and like to chip in with the occasional downloadable title review whenever I can find the time.
