Captain Toad: Treasure Trackers gets Labo VR Support, unlimited 7-day trial for Online subscribers
Nintendo has announced that Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is the next Switch title to get Labo VR support. The trailer (which is only in Japanese so far) says support is coming from the 30th which is good because the update is out now.
The free update will add a full 360-degree camera, as well as full first-person controls via the VR kit for the mine cart sections on a couple of levels.
If you’re an Nintendo Switch Online subscriber you can also try out the full game, for as long as you want (and possibly even finish it) from August 5th to 11th.
Should you want to keep the game there’s also a sale on the game of 30% off should you want to keep it after that period.
The free trial and discounts have only been announced for Japan so far, but we think Nintendo Australia will announce them here shortly. We’ll add the full discounted prices and times of the trial when they do.
You mean “Captain Kinopio” 😉
Great game this, played it to death on the Wii U though.
VR mode actually makes sense for this one, could be fun.
