Capcom x Sega x Namco Bandai is Project X, first screenshots

At last the mysterious Nintendo 3DS title from Sega, Namco Bandai and Capcom has been revealed in the latest issue of Famitsu. The game will be strategy role playing game featuring characters from each company teaming up in pairs for the  battles in the game. It all looks rather snazzy as well.

The characters included in each game come from a wide range of franchises from each game company and here’s the ones that have been revealed so far;

Capcom

• Ryu & Ken (Street Fighter 0)
• X and Zero (Mega Man)
• Demitri and Dante (Darkstalkers and Devil May Cry)
• Chris and Jill (Resident Evil)

Sega

• Shinguji Sakura and Ogami Ichiro (Sakura Wars)
• Pai and Akira (Virtua Fighter)
• Kurt and Riela (Valkyria Chronicles)
• Ulala and Touma (Space Channel 5 and Shining Force EXA)

Namco Bandai

• Sanger Somvold (Super Robot Wars)
• Jin and Ling Xiaoyu (Tekken)
• Kos-Mos and T-elos (Xenosaga)
• Yurie and Estel (Tales of Vesperia)
• Kaito and Black Rose (.hack)

Famitsu has also released a ton of screenshots from the game on their website as well and we’ve included a few of them below. With so many different licences and franchises to consider the chances of this one outside of Japan are very slim.
