A couple of weeks back, Activision pulled the curtain back on the latest title in the Call of Duty franchise. That, of course, is the Treyarch-developed Call of Duty: Black Ops. However, it was unveiled with no release platform information and while the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 were all given, the Wii version was up in the air, that is now according to Eurogamer now settled as a Wii version has been confirmed.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is set in Vietnam during the Cold War. Not much else is known but there is this flashy trailer.

Treyarchs previous efforts with the Call of Duty franchise on Wii have been pretty good. Both World at War and Modern Warfare Reflex have pushed the system to its limits in different ways, including the online portions.
