It certainly looks like Nintendo are serious about getting the 3DS and Wii U into people’s hands and homes respectively, with the announcement of several new bundles packaged with some of the most anticipated titles.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will be receiving the bundle treatment in Europe when it launches on March 22nd. The Wii U pack will come with a Premium Wii U, a copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and a Wii U Pro Controller. The 3DS XL bundle is just a black 3DS with a copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate pre-installed on the system.
In addition to this, the 22nd of March will also see the release of the Circle Pad Pro XL for the 3DS XL. We’ve not been able to discern whether or not it comes bundled with the 3DS XL bundle, but we’ll confirm whenever we can.
Fire Emblem: Awakening has been getting rave reviews in both Japan and America, so a 3DS XL bundle for the game’s European release has also been announced. Featuring key insignia from the game on a Blue 3DS XL, the bundle will also come with a copy of Fire Emblem: Awakening pre-installed.
Of course, we can’t confirm just yet whether these bundles will make it to Australia, but we will be sure to update you when we get confirmation.
