Bubble Bobble is back with 4-player game exclusive to Switch

Bubble Bobble 4 Friends is a brand new instalment in the Bubble Bobble series and it’s coming exclusively to the Switch later this year. At least it is in Europe (and hopefully Australia), America will have to wait until 2020.

Bubble Bobble 4 Friends is a brand new game developed by Taito and features support for up to 4-players. The WiiWare (RIP) version , Bubble Bobble Plus! previously also supported four players.

    Nice!! Bubble Bobble is one of my favourite old games.
    I can remember hiring a copy for my NES from Video Ezy multiple times, and playing the coin op version on summer holidays.
    Good fun!

      Did you get both endings on the NES? I remember missing the split point a few times…

        Well i can remember finishing the game and being pretty chuffed, i dont think i was ever good enough to get the second ending though!

        Reminiscing some more, this game, Snake Rattle and Roll and the Adventures of Lolo were three of my fave NES games from my misspent youth 🙂
