BBFC Rejects Manhunt 2 for second time
Bad news for PAL land as the BBFC has rejected Manhunt 2, even after Rockstar edited the content and resubmitted the game. Rockstar had appealed the original decision with this new censored version but it was not enough to sway the BBFC. David Cooke, Director of the BBFC has said that We recognise that the distributor has made changes to the game, but we do not consider that these go far enough to address our concerns about the original version. More Inside Speaking on the changes to the game “”The impact of the revisions on the bleakness and callousness of tone, or the essential nature of the gameplay, is clearly insufficient. This is even after the execution kills were toned down. Does not bode well for an Australian release, but the American release is still on track for October 31st.
