Did you hear the news? Australia is now the leading the world in obesity, something we shouldnt be really proud of winning. Ubisoft perhaps by coincidence (or not), has sent a reminder that their new title My Health Coach: Manage your Weight is now in stores. Bundled with a pedometer that plugs into the second slot on the Nintendo DS, the game is designed to be an engaging and rewarding method to get a healthier life and better manage your weight! The games daily sessions have you going for about 10 to 15 minutes per day and its easy to pick up and play.
