Aussie, Aussie Aussie.

This past weekend the Pokémon Video Game Championships for North America were held in Indianapolis and three Australians managed to come out on top. That’s one winner from each the Junior, Seniors and Masters divisions. You can see the full results and standings here.

The Junior division was won by Nick K, who defeated American Phillip Barragan to take home the trophy.

The Seniors division was won by Alfredo C who won over another US player Nathaniel Sitler. Alfredo made the jump to the Seniors division this year and has already taken home a win.

Finally in the Masters division was Christopher Kan who took home victory in a nail biter. Even though you know the result, the replay is worth watching as all three games were very very close.

Congrats to all the winners! Next month is the World Championships, could we see an Australian take that out as well?
