As the Wii U approaches the end of its life we’ve decided that we’re no longer going to update you on on sales happening on the Wii U each week. Every two weeks the same games go on rotational sale and it’s impossible to keep track of them all with the lack of a real web based eShop (and the fact that we don’t get told by Nintendo what is and isn’t on sale).

The only exceptions to this will be publisher sales when there’s a branded marketing event, or when Nintendo themselves drop the price on their own games or the games they publish. There’s no more games coming to the Wii U eShop, the sales are just going to keep rotating in and out every week and we’re not staying up until 1am anymore to do so.

The Switch and the 3DS will remain are primary focus of these update articles going forward.
