Aussie Bargain Roundup: Nintendo Labo VR
The most exciting Labo kit is out this week and retailers are going nuts to get some discounts to you.
? Well not really. ?
Like all Labo kits before it we’re not seeing much movement on pricing before launch, even with school holidays and Easter!
So what to buy then? There’s a complete kit with everything, expansion sets and just a starter set that’s a little bit cheaper. No matter what way you buy it’ll end up the same price if you buy it all.
So while I have you let’s talk about store choices. So some stores have had games really cheap lately and we (this writer included) made decisions to buy from them and they didn’t have their game on day one and sold it to other people. Then others didn’t have theirs shipped at all, and some people had no issues. The moral of the story is, cheapest is always not the best. Buy from the store that treats you the best and respects your time and money. Whatever that store is, it’s up to you – we just give you the prices part.

You can’t download cardboard…that’s gold Jerry
True but you can officially download the templates from Nintendo in PDF form. I wouldn’t be shocked if the Labo series was on the eShop at some future point for schools or the like, with links to the templates and to eBay (where Nintendo Australia sells replacement Labo elements directly to people) or other webshop for the reflective stickers, etc.
