[April Fools] Google launches Google Maps Pokémon Challenge

It’s April 1st and the big tech giants usually have some of the biggest pranks and this year’s Google one just happens to involve Nintendo.

Google is ‘launching’ the Google Maps Pokemon Challenge. Pick up your iOS or Android smartphone and head to the Google Maps maps to get involved. Google Maps are looking for the world’s best Pokemon Master to help them with their maps. Your mission? Collect all 150 Pokemon that are littered around the world.

Be quick though, the competition ends April 2nd – naturally.
