Today, during their much hyped 3DS press conference held in Japan, Nintendo announced that their next handheld will have a "Classic Games" service, similar to the Virtual Console service available on the Wii, with select games available for the service to be viewable in 3D.
So how will you be able to store all these games, you ask? Well Nintendo, the thoughtful bunch that they are, has also announced that the console will come bundled with a 2GB SD card.
So far the only games confirmed for the service are Super Mario Land and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, although surely more will be announced in the months leading up to the 3DS’s release in Japan on the 26th of February.
Not ideal.
Finally, some preorder bonuses.
Nearly 1000 games discounted, a lot of them very good.
Sid's back, there's a beefy cat, a phantom hero, and a moon.
