More news from last weeks investors briefing with Satoru Iwata. This time it concerns the prices for Nintendo 3DS games or, rather, the lack of them. While there were a bunch of games announced last week, not a single one of them had a price.
So how much will Nintendo 3DS games cost then? Satoru Iwata explains that Nintendo doesnt "believe that the world is in a state where high priced software will sell well, so [they] dont believe it will be in a price range too far off from current DS software." With the huge range of games on the 3DS, Nintendo expects pricing to be variable among games and software.
The usual RRP for a game here in Australia is $69.95 – would you be willing to pay more for a Nintendo 3DS game or should it stay the same? Should it even drop in price?
