3D Classics: Kid Icarus Australian release date update

We’re not fooling, it’s out April 1st for Aussies.

Last Friday Kid Icarus 3D Classics hit the European eShop, that usually means we get it too. The update message in the eShop even said that we would. Alas it was not the case and we presumed the game will be coming at later date because of the current promotion Nintendo is running to get the game for free.

So what’s the new date then? We spoke to Nintendo Australia and they’ve let us know that the game is due out on April 1st to purchase. You can, of course still get the game for free by registering any two selected Nintendo 3DS games on Nintendo’s website, but if you’re not in the mood for any of them (and you’re mad if you aren’t) then you can pay the $9.00 for it.
