2018 Australian & New Zealand Splatoon 2 cup announced

Nintendo Australia has announced the 2018 AUNZ Splatoon 2 Cup. Made up of online events and a grand final at Supanova Melbourne the event is free to enter and there are some sweet prizes too.

5 lucky participating teams from the online qualifiers will win a 2018 AUNZ Splatoon 2 Cup Tournament T-shirt.

The top two teams will be flown to Melbourne to compete in the 2018 AUNZ Splatoon 2 Cup final at Supanova Melbourne.

The top two teams score an official 2018 AUNZ Splatoon 2 Cup t-shirt with player and team name.

Winning team and runners-up will not only have bragging rights for the year, but a custom trophy to prove it!

The first event is in just a couple of weeks, then the next a week later. The grand final is toward the end of April.

Online Qualifier #1:
31 March 2018, 1:00pm (AEDT).

Online Qualifier #2:
7 April 2018, 1:00pm (AEST).

Grand Final (Supanova Melbourne):
21 April 2018.
