Wave 4 amiibo launch date set for April 25th in Australia
Yeah that's ANZAC day...

Nintendo Australia have confirmed that the forth wave of amiibo figures will be releasing in Australia and New Zealand on Saturday, April 25th.
That’s also ANZAC Day… which could cause some problems in picking them up if stores are shut. Check with your local store if they’ll be open. Even if they are open we hope you’ve preordered because if history is anything to go but they’re going to be more scarce than ever before.
The fourth wave of amiibo includes all that you see below.
So double good luck!

It’s a Saturday. Just a normal day in retail, really. But of course that’s not the issue here.
It’s not a day to take for granted, either. It’s ANZAC Day.
If, for you, having ANZAC Day off like you have the bloody Royal Show Day off is the exact same thing to you, then you don’t know the meaning of the day.
Anyway, I don’t trust major retail chains to put a Zelda game on the shelf the day it’s released, let alone get their amiibo stock in on the day they need to have it out – regardless of whether it’s a weekday, weekend day, or public holiday.
So for those who haven’t pre-ordered, get in now while you can. I Pro-ordered all mine on release of Wave 3, and at that stage Robin was already sold out on shipment one and had to be put down for shipment two,
If that’s any indication, its already going to be a big sell out.
I am glad i got my Ness preordered, but if there are any others left i’m gonna be sure that i snag them!
I was lucky, I ordered them the day after they were announced. EB did not update their website straight away, but when they did, I ordered.
Unlike the past waves, which I was not in country for, I did not miss out on this one.. and going forward I wont miss out going forward.
My cousin got a call from his local EB telling him that the Pac-Man amiibo has been delayed to June 2015. Anyone else get a similar call?
